ALL NATIONAL BIKINI COMPETITORS AND PROVINCIAL BIKINI COMPETITORS
Changes will be implemented effective immediately for the BIKINI posing cheap jerseys standards for both the 2016 IFBB International Qualifier and the 2016 CBBF Bodybuilding and Bikini Nationals.
Recent rule updates for all disciplines has been completed by the IFBB and Other the CBBF has taken cheap jerseys the time to update all other disciplines as well. As members Physique of the IFBB Amateur Association it was felt that the rules should mirror the governing body as closely as possible.
From this point forward, the CBBF will be following IFBB cheap jerseys Amateur rules for both events and jerseys instituting the QUARTER TURNS. This will allow the free athlete’s more time to showcase their physiques and allow the judges wholesale jerseys to assess each athlete in more than two poses. So half turns will no longer be used. The bikini rules will be updated to reflect these changes on the CBBF Website.
